- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin processing your custom order.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon order completion, prior to shipping.
- Currency: All transactions are in USD.

- Accuracy: Accurate billing information ensures timely processing.
- Invoices: Detailed invoices will be emailed for your records.
Payment Issues
- Delays: Delayed payments may extend the production timeline.
- Cancellation: Orders may be canceled if final payment is not received within 14 days of completion notice.
Refunds
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable.
- Alterations: If adjustments are needed, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
